Terms of Service

By accessing our website or engaging our tutoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all students, parents, and guardians who engage with Apex Mentorship.

Apex Mentorship provides online IGCSE tutoring in Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Exam Mastery. Sessions are conducted online via video call.

We offer a free 2-week trial period for new students. This trial is offered in good faith and is limited to one trial per student.

The free 2-week trial is available to new students only and is subject to tutor availability. Apex Mentorship reserves the right to limit or withdraw the free trial offer at any time.

Continuation of sessions beyond the trial period is subject to agreement on fees and scheduling between the student, parent or guardian, and Apex Mentorship.

Sessions must be booked in advance. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session or termination of the tutoring arrangement at our discretion.

Tutoring fees are agreed upon individually and communicated prior to the commencement of paid sessions. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual tutoring agreement. Apex Mentorship reserves the right to suspend sessions in the event of non-payment.

All materials, resources, and content provided by Apex Mentorship tutors are for the personal educational use of the enrolled student only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

Apex Mentorship provides tutoring support to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes or examination results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the sessions in question.

We are not responsible for any technical issues on the student's end that prevent attendance at a scheduled session.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith between the parties. For students based in the United Kingdom, UK consumer law applies.
